The original submission .bk2 has PAL region in the header for an unknown reason even though the run was created and runs in NTSC mode. This unfortunately caused the site parser to time that run using PAL framerate standards instead of NTSC as it should have been. This file was made via copy/paste of the original inputs into a new .tasproj file and exported to a .bk2 with a fixed header. Rerecord count was carried over.
