Improves time waiting for final Ganado to come through door. Replaces several seconds of oscillating the handgun with slower actions beforehand including allowing a plaga to appear, demonstrating thrust punch while ganado on his knee, stutter stepping to final position, and smoother handgun oscillation to final headshot with optimum movie end time.
#28744962139169960 - [TAS] Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop - Case 1-1
This is my first TAS of Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop for Nintendo Wii. This port is built on Resident Evil 4 engine, so this game has the same movement and shooting system as in RE4. The game is so difficult in terms of interaction with friendly NPC (survivors). Moreover, this port itself is not popular for speedrunning and I don't know the best route through the game, so I'm not going to continue my work unless someone won't help me!
In conclusion, I'm not sure this TAS is optimized enough. The second mission where I rescued 2 women can be improved by 0,5-1,5 seconds because they can't bypass zombies like Ashley in RE4 and have uncertain mechanism of overcoming obstacles!
I have just finished the chapter 2-2 and was going to record my progress, but I got a desync in the 1-2. How that could be? After I completed the chapter 1-3 and rewatched the movie, everything was OK. I didn't change any settings!
This gets Leon to disc 2 of Biohazard 4. The emulator used is a custom build by RachelB that allows for disc switching while recording a movie (download link on page 9 on the RE4 forum). The game is the Japanese Biohazard 4.
#4536908293555777 - Biohazard 4 (Resident Evil 4) TAS
The TAS is 1/2 way finished! This dtm will go up until the 6 Knights are defeated to receive the blue grail.
The emulator used is a custom build by RachelB, and can be downloaded on page9 from the Resident Evil 4 forum. The ISO is the Biohazard 4 J version of Resident Evil 4. If anyone is able to sync this file, please inform me. :)
Biohazard 4 TAS up until the end of Chapter 3-1. The emulator used is a custom build by RachelB, and can be downloaded on page9 of the Resident Evil 4 forum.
Completed chapters 1 and 2 of 6. The emulator being used is a custom build by RachelB. The emulator build can be downloaded in the Resident Evil 4 forum page #9. The ISO used is the Japanese Biohazard 4. The number of rerecords is wrong. Dolphin doesn't count them correctly for some reason. I would suspect my actual RRs is at least double that.
